These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of design services by New Success Design Limited (“New Success Design”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Confirm Order
a) Provide Design Information: Submit relevant text, images, company information, and references.
b) Request Invoice and Payment: A non-refundable deposit/fee is required to begin.
c) Submit Identity Info: We require your full name, contact information, and any required documentation for verification, handled per our Privacy Policy.
d) Design Process Starts: Upon payment, the project will begin.

3. Design Process
a) Client Requirements: You must clearly communicate all design needs.
b) First Draft: We will provide a first design draft for customer feedback. One draft may be selected for modification; others will be deemed abandoned. Additional designs may incur extra charges.
c) Feedback and Revisions: We revise based on your feedback.
d) Final Approval: Written approval must be provided within 3 business days. Lack of response will be considered approval.

4. Our Services
We aim to provide high-quality designs. Revisions beyond the quotation scope may incur additional fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities and Delays
a) Content Responsibility: You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of all submitted content. We reserve the right to refuse projects involving unlawful material.
b) Delay by Customer: If required materials are not provided, design services will not begin.
c) Non-delivery or External Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by external events or unreasonable client demands.

6. Payment Terms and Design Approval
a) Payment is due within 3 business days of the invoice, unless otherwise stated in the quote or invoice.
b) Late payments may result in a 3% annual interest charge and suspension of services.
c) Payment of the final invoice constitutes approval of the final design.
d) Project Cancellation: Charges apply for work completed. Deposits are non-refundable.
e) We are not liable for financial loss caused by chargebacks or disputes initiated by the client.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
We retain ownership of all intellectual property created before and during the provision of services until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights to the final deliverables may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In certain cases, we may retain partial rights or usage licenses for portfolio, promotional, or internal reference purposes. Clients may not reproduce or use designs without permission until payment is completed and rights have been officially granted.

8. Subcontracting
We reserve the right to subcontract any portion of the design process to qualified professionals. We remain responsible for service quality and delivery.
